The World of Handmade Earrings

I love earrings, that one can say for My Store there are more earrings than anything hee hee hee, with a gipsy root family I confess I love necklaces too but no only the big, long, chunky ones, any kind, but today I’m gonna talk about earrings and not is fairer than bringing over a collection I got amazingly built from the Craft Community I just joined and enjoying so much. The pieces I collected are not fabricated, they are simply handmade with love and good thoughts, every piece are unique and wonderfully crafted, exposed with carefully taken pictures and described with all the best feelings they have for it, now let’s take a delightful look at them and feel the inspirational muse inside every one of us.

Artbyhandz on Etsy Treasury By Momgen Craft Corner

On my way to San Francisco Today I opened the internet browser on my phone to check on my social networks and stores, OMG !!!!!!! What A surprise for me when I opened my Etsy Store Inbox and found out I had one of my items “The Green Diva”Treasured by Mom Gen Craft Corner.

It is my first treasury on Etsy and I really hope that doesn’t stop there, that many others will come, but I will not only hope, I will work for that and will keep on putting all my love on each piece I start and making them using the only tools I’m really good with, my own hands.

Swarovski Pearl Earrings

This weekend I was so in a mood for handmade that even after hours of working with custom orders I still had the mood and pleasure to make something else to put up in my store, and here we have “bloomed” from my hands this fancy pair of dangling earrings made with lustrous Swarovski pearls into a hand coiled sphere of sterling silver measuring all in all 12 to 15mm and 1″ long. Handcrafted Wearable adorns Against Human Slavery

Since early stages of my life I’m an activist for the weaker side always working together with religious institutions and even many times by myself. A few years ago thou I found myself faced with the cruel reality of human trafficking not only in poor countries but everywhere.

I started then fighting for this only cause that made me so worried about people in my planet that do not have a voice to shout out loud and stop slavery. I try spreading the word and make people conscious of what is going on our planet besides the climate issue,

I do whatever I’m capable of and one of these days I decided to join 2 passions in my life, the passion for helping people and for jewelry and polymer clay. After so many thoughts and opinions giving I came up with a simple but elegant piece in the colors of one of the organizations I most respect for fighting against human slavery the norforsalecampaing.org. The Collections is called Orange Freedom and will have 100% of any item donated to the notforsalecampaign.org.

The result is above for you to see, I have the earrings, necklace and still trying to develop other pieces with logo on it. My life is not easy but I assure you will have a piece of those in a fairly range of time when you order from my etsy store.

Add your Etsy Store to your Web Space

I’ve been helping and guiding a few friends about etsy widget even before I opened my own store. People feel themselves embarrassed for asking a apparently ”silly” question as I’ve been told but I dont think that way. First, no one born scholar with a degree in computer engeneer and design and even if we do, we will all need a sweet hand once in a while to guide us into the unknown world of everyday new found computer language and gimmicks, so here we go, as easy as 1,2,3 for now …..

Step 1: Log in to your etsy store, supposing you have a store, if not, sign up for a new account and once you all set just log yourself in.

Step 2: From your Etsy home page click ”Your Etsy” tab. Once page is opened, scroll down till the end of it and then at the side bar on your left the last option ”Etsy Mini” , left mouse click on it.

Step 3: Voilá! There you are. You can make experiments on how many columns and rows you want your widget to be, once done, just copy your code down on the page, you will have to choose if you want Java or Flash page for webpages and blogs or social networking respectively, copy, past on your site and be happy.

A not good news for WordPress users is that none of that above work for us due to security issues wordpress doesnt want to risk our data but there’s always a way out and we can pull a trick here, I just made a simple adjustment to my side bar: There it is my Etsy logo with my store link embeded on it and under it. Simple and charming without pulling the hair out.
